Carthage will compete in 7 out of 11 swimming events. 

This past weekend the CHS Swim Team competed at the State Championships in St. Peters.  The team places 22^nd out of the 61 school field.  Swimmers placing in the top 16 and scoring were Braxton McBride, Will Wright, Ayden Nye, and Ryan Steinbach.  A special shout out goes to Will Wright who set a new school record in the 200 IM and to Braxton McBride who was a state medalist, placing 8^th in the 50 Freestyle.
