REEDS SPRING - The Carthage Tigers wrestling team took to the road on January 2 for a dual with Springfield Central at Reeds Spring High School.  Carthage had a mixture of varsity and junior varsity wrestlers competing with Springfield Central's varsity.  In the end, the Tigers took a 54-24 win from the Bulldogs.
The varsity next wrestles in the Excelsior Spring Tournament on Saturday, January 5 starting at 9:30 AM.  The junior varsity is sending 42 wrestlers to the Seneca JV Tournament on Saturday, January 5 which also has a 9:30 AM start time.
