WILLARD — The Carthage girls soccer team topped Bolivar 1-0 in the championship game of Willard Tournament on Saturday. Carthage's Brianna Marquez scored the lone goal in the 64th minute. The Tigers are now 11-3 on the season.

In the semifinals, Carthage defeated Willard 3-1 and Bolivar beat Neosho 3-1. The Lady Tigers earned their semifinals berth with a win over Hillcrest 4-0 in the tournament opener on Friday afternoon. 

Carthage returns to COC play when they host Branson at 6:30 on Tuesday.
